Jesse Frescas

Bio

Jesse Frescas Jr. was a baseball player himself having been able to play two years baseball at Citrus Junior College. Jesse’s passion has always been baseball. He became a Certified MLBPA Agent/Advisor in 2010. He has assisted various clients by providing research, market analysis, strategic analysis and direct negotiations to produce Million dollar contracts of MLB Players over a span of 16 years.

In 2005 Jesse was with Global Scouting Bureau and held the title of V.P. of Operations and handled all contract negotiations in professional working agreements, and most international professional events promoted and hosted through Global Scouting Bureau. GSB has assisted thousands of management personnel, players, coaches, scouts, teams, and leagues in over 25 countries around the world through education, evaluation and exposure. Jesse has been instrumental in the representation and brokering of professional athletes. With the experience and understanding of the lack of communication between the Latin countries and Major League Baseball, Jesse has taken on the role as general council and Assistant General Manager/Player Procurement positions for various Mexican League teams (Liga Mexicana) for the regular summer playing season (Tabasco, Saltillo, Laguna, Aguascaliente, Monterrey, Yucatan, Campeche) to name a few.

In 2006, Jesse was contacted by the Kia Tigers of the Korean Baseball Organization to provide a spring training facility (Port Charlotte, FL)and schedule a multitude of games against various Major League affiliates throughout Florida (Boston Red Sox, Washington Nationals, and Cincinnati Reds).

In 2007, Jesse merged both the Washington Nationals and Los Olmecas de Tabasco working agreement. With this in mind, it was the first of agreements set forth by a team held by Major League Baseball.

Jesse has also contracted player procurement services with various leagues and teams throughout the Venezuelan, Dominican Republic, and Liga del Pacifico, Mexico (Obregon, Guasave, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Culiacan and Jalisco) to name a few of the Caribbean Confederation. (Caribbean World Series). While with GSB, assisted in forming the Colombian winter league with the Renteria brothers.

Jesse’s success has been attributed to the common educational foundation sports offers. He has lived throughout the world and has a grass root understanding of the sports played in the various countries. This allowed for GSB to be called upon, as various teams, leagues, and owners seek knowledge to progress in their respective sport.

In 2015 Jesse partnered with Sheffield Sports Management and was directly responsible for west coast operations and international relations for the agency.

In 2019 to present, Jesse with partner James Gamble formed the Global Sports Council. The full service Agency will be providing advisory for amateur players, and representation for the professional baseball players. Jesse will handle West Coast Operations and International relations for the agency.

2026, Global Sports Council in conjunction with Apeiron Sports has assisted in the formation and restructuring of the United States Performance Center (Charlotte, NC; Chula Vista, CA; soon Del Rey Beach, FL) locations with future programming of amateur sports for baseball, soccer, etc… The locations will be utilized for the 2027 Olympic Military Games. A first on United States Soil!
