Following the final season of my collegiate career I was left undrafted and overlooked by most scouts. I was too late for most independent team try-outs and the chance of furthering my career was in jeopardy. I contacted the Global Scouting Bureau and hoped that they could get my foot in the door someplace. Within a week I received a phone call from a professional team in Italy offering me a contract. I signed with the Italian team and not only was given the chance to further my career, but also to live in a foreign country. GSB was not only responsible for helping me further my career but also for allowing me to have the greatest experience of my life overseas. I would personally like to thank everyone at GSB for helping to make my dream of playing professional baseball come true.
As we close out the 1999 season, I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you and GSB for your assistance in helping the Bluefish secure the 1999 Atlantic League championship.
The quality of play in the ALPB has risen dramatically in two short seasons. As such, there is the constant need for quality players. Time and time again, GSB has proven a great source for talent and/or information that creates a relationship.
Professional baseball has truly become an international business. To have the ability to make one call and secure information on players from around the globe has proven to be a valuable resource for me as I attempt to keep the blue fish competitive.
Keep up the good work. I look forward to our continued relationship.

General Manager - Bridgeport Bluefish
Over the past two seasons, I have used the Global Scouting Bureau to locate Free Agents. James Gamble's service is an invaluable tool for locating the nation's premier free agents. I've been fortunate enough to have signed numerous quality ballplayers listed with Global Scouting Bureau who have greatly contributed to the success of my teams. This service has eliminated a lot of the time consuming leg work involved in locating players released by the various teams and leagues throughout the baseball community. Mr. Gamble is a very professional individual who deserves my highest recommendation.
General Manager - Rio Grande Valley White Wings
Being a 2nd round draft pick in 1995, getting released out of spring training was a shock to me. No offers were presented to me soon after, so I contacted the Global Scouting Bureau. Within a week, I received numerous phone calls with offers to play internationally as well as in the states. I decided to remain in the states and play in the Atlantic League. This proved to be beneficial to my career. I am in negotiations with several teams as a result of my success in the Atlantic League.
I would like to personally thank GSB for all their help with keeping my career alive. I would strongly recommend their services to ANY player with a desire to further their career. They have established themselves as one of the premier scouting services offered to players around the world.
I am former college and minor league baseball player whose career has been plagued with injuries. Because of this, I had given up on my dream of ever having a chance at a baseball career and have been away from the game for the last two years. About three months ago I was flipping through a copy of Baseball Weekly and noticed an advertisement for the Global Scouting Bureau. I had never heard of them before but upon obtaining more information about their services and what they do for baseball players, I submitted the information necessary to become part of the Bureau. Two weeks ago I received a call from GSB that there was an opportunity for me to play baseball in Australia. Upon the team contacting me from Australia, the plans have been made and next Tuesday I leave for Australia to play winter ball. Without the help of GSB, this opportunity would have never been available to me. Only time will tell whether this will lead to a rebirth of my baseball career but without the aid of the Global Scouting Bureau, I would never have had the chance to pursue it again. Thank you.
The 1999 season was my first season as a General Manager in independent baseball and without James and the Global Scouting Bureau it would have been much more difficult. James and the organization really helped me with player transactions and player profiling. His ability to facilitate prospective players was a great reason for our success in the second half of the season. I never once felt pushed to sign a player or talk to a player from James or his staff. It was always, "this is his number and give him a call if you would like". If I needed more information on the individual it was always there. I look forward to an even better 2000 with the help of the Global Scouting Bureau, Inc.

I wanted to take this time to thank you for helping me land a job in Holland. I have to say that it was a great experience to play internationally. Without the services that GSB provides for guys that are still pursuing their baseball careers. It would be pretty difficult to find employment. I also want to thank Mr. James Gamble for being there and answering any questions that I had. I really feel that without GSB, my chances of playing internationally would not have occurred. Thank you GSB for giving me opportunities.
